For the past 6 years , I have wondered why my status continues to stay in a first place position , for some reason it I am only being blasted by the Stockton Record, recordnet.com, and they refuse to archive me and will not post my letters to the editor to let the public know that San Joaquin county has dismissed my case, recordnet.com continues to leave 6 year old information available to view, when in fact all other news from 6 years back in the record are no where to be found. I don't even live in that hot, nasty little town anymore, but y'all cant seem to stop memorializing me, well I am flattered.

It is a well known fact that the Stockton Record and the DA's office work very well together to taint the community to hopefully leak mis information on people and get that out to the general public, thus the potential jurors if it would end up going to trial would have an opinion formed already from the one sided information that is leaked by the prosecutors. I have been dismissed by the court systems and still continue to be prosecuted by the Stockton Record. I have been a victim of their smear campaign since the inception of this incident and was told directly that because my family is affluent , that I am hated , I am hated by certain officials, because we have means to fight back when falsely accused by a group of people with power in the courthouse that want to go on a seek and destroy mission. Funny thing about it is , it is females in this office that want to attack me. I was told they would make it her life's mission to destroy me, and I am sad and pray for her that she after 6 years , cant let it go!!!! It is like a cancer to you out there that are so obsessed with me and for me, its entertaining. We are gonna make this a game from here on. I can look myself in the mirror every morning with ease, and all that matters is not between you simpletons and myself , its between God and I and I am good there, that's all I need to know. I am not afraid to 'go there' in reference to the Posse Cumitadis, and believe me , there is more meaning to it than the power of the county. I am glad that I dont have that wreath on my front door, lol.
Either way, the reason I am still in the first place slot on Google, is the result in this is because of so many peoples continued steady interest, and I am told, certain officials twisted tenacity to continue to wake up each morning and click on the article , EVERY DAY FOR 6 YEARS, I feel sorry for you that I have captured you that deep that you allow me space in your head still after all these years. Well as much as you continue to try to dig up OLD NEWS, I will keep posting and reposting CURRENT EVENTS, CURRENT NEWS. If you think it is crippling me , well its not, I have moved on and am thriving at my life, it takes only a click of a button from me to keep updating the public that I AM DISMISSED AND FREE OF ALL PENALTIES.
I feel that it is my duty to keep all of those readers and archive searchers properly advised to my current and updated status. To update my current status to all readers that continue to show such extreme interest, SAN JOAQUIN SUPERIOR COURTS GRANTED MY PETITION FOR COMPLETE DISMISSAL ON THIS CASE AND UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF PENAL CODE 1203,4 ,I JAN PESTANA , WAS RELEASED FROM ALL PENALITIES AND DISABILITIES. IT IS ORDERED THAT THE ABOVE ACTION BE SET ASIDE AND VACATED AND A PLEA OF NOT GUILTY ENTERED AND THAT THE COMPLANT BE , AND IS HEREBY , DISMISSED. The Record is a daily newspaper based in Stockton, California, serving San Joaquin and Calaveras Counties. It is owned by Gannett.

The Record was founded in 1895 by Irving Martin as the Evening Record. It is a newspaper that covers stories in the Stockton, San Joaquin and the Mother Lode areas; as well as surrounding areas and a national level as well.In 1969, Speidel Newspapers, Inc. bought The Record and the newspaper introduced its Sunday edition. In March 1977, Gannett Company bought Speidel Newspapers, including The Record. In 1994, Omaha World-Herald Company bought The Record.On May 5, 2003, Ottaway Community Newspapers bought The Record for $144 Million. Ottaway was the Local Media Group for Dow Jones and Co. Subsequently the corporate group changed its name to Dow Jones Local Media Group.
The Record is headed by Deitra R. Kenoly, President & Publisher since 2017.
In 2006, The Record began expanding its presence on the Internet as part of a strong digital media initiative.
In 2007, The Record changed its brand to San Joaquin Media Group in reflection to the diversification of the information products and services offered in the market.
On September 4, 2013, News Corp announced that it would sell the Dow Jones Local Media Group to Newcastle Investment Corp.—an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group, for $87 million. The newspapers will be operated by GateHouse Media, a newspaper group owned by Fortress. News Corp.
